general terms
First come first serve.
I have the right to refuse a specific commission, especially the ones I find too complicated or the things I feel uncomfortable painting.
Please be sure you want to commission me.
payment
Payment through PayPal and GCASH. Only in USD, EURO, and PHP.
I won't start the commission unless you paid 100% upfront or split 50% upfront.
Please don't send your payment yet unless I've agreed to accept your commissions.
process & delivery
I take a month or more to finish your commissions, depending on the complexity, schedule, and health reasons.
Once the piece is finished you will receive the full resolution.
I deliver my work through Gmail.
revisions
You get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece. Beyond this count will come extra charges.
I don't allow any changes once I have reached the rendering process.
copyright & usage
I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
I reserve the right to use the commission in any way I want except for commercial use (e.g. posting, portfolios, etc.) without having to state your username in the description.
The client is allowed to use the artwork however they want as long as the way they are used does not conflict with any other terms.
The client is allowed to upload the artwork on any website and social channels as long as they do not claim it as their own and proper credit has been given (e.g. "credit to @saraqael___").
The artwork may not be altered in any way without my permission.
